30 Days to Living Well – Day 21

 

Day 21

The Buddy System.

 

  • Give thanks
  • Do 10 deep breaths
  • Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening
  • Dry brush your body
  • Move your body
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day

Your Breakfast - Fruit until noonish, 2-3 pieces, scattered over the morning (add protein if needed).
Your Lunch:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad. 
Snack 
Your Dinner:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
 



If there was one statement I could make about starting a journey into true health and wellness, it would be, "Don't give up"!  

 

Losing weight, healing your body, and getting rid of harmful addictions takes TWO things:  TIME and PERSEVERANCE.  

It will not happen overnight because what you are doing is making a complete lifestyle change. In the beginning, you will be walking through deep waters.

You may be undoing years and years of damage and it takes an "I will not quit no matter what" kind of attitude. Simple put, you can do it! 

So where is the buddy in The Living Well Plan? You are sitting and reading with your buddy now. 

When you need encouragement to keep going, this is where you need to be. You are never alone when focused on Living Well. Staying connected here is your daily  golden opportunity to get the support you need.
