The Magic Pill
- Give thanks
- Do 10 deep breaths
- Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening
- Dry brush your body
- Move your body
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day
Your Breakfast - Fruit until noonish, scattered over the morning, add protein if needed.
Your Lunch: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
Snack
Your Dinner: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
There is no magic pill, or quick answer to permanent weight loss or good health.
If weight loss really came in a bottle, everyone would be thin!
Living Well does take some work. It does mean saying no to poisonous foods we are used to eating all the time. Being committed to feeding your body healthy foods is the only answer.
I wish there was some sort of pill that would take the weight off and keep it off, but there isn't.
The desire for a secret, magical pill comes from a lack of experience with the real engine of success, which is a consistent, focused effort on nourishing the body. You have the tools now, and you will be consistent with your healthy eating plan, naturally and easily.
