30 Days to Living Well – Day 15

 

Day 15

We All Slip Up Now and Again.

  • Give thanks
  • Do 10 deep breaths
  • Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening
  • Dry brush your body
  • Move your body
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day

Your Breakfast – Fruit, 2-3 pieces until noon, scattered over the morning.
Your Lunch:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad. 
Snack 
Your Dinner:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad. 



After you've been defeated is not the time to give up. If you give up, then the hard-earned knowledge of what went wrong will be of little use.

Look at your defeat as a payment in advance for your ultimate success.

It does not matter that you've been defeated because what really counts is how quickly you get going again.

Forget the self pity routine.  It will not move you forward and I know you really don't like it anyway. : )  Find something else to do that you enjoy (except eating junk!) and pick yourself up. 

After 2 weeks of Living Well, you are much smarter now.  You have experience and a new understanding of why there was a slip up.  You know exactly how to get right back on track.
