Day 13

Live with Passion!

 

  • Give thanks
  • Do 10 deep breaths
  • Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening
  • Dry brush your body
  • Move your body
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day

Your Breakfast - Fresh fruit, 2-3 pieces, until noonish. Add protein if needed.
Your Lunch:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad. 
Snack – Keep it raw and don't eat more than 1/3 cup of concentrated food.
Your Dinner:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad. 



Get passionate about feeding your body the right way. Love your body and every organ in it!

Treat yourself with the same love and passion that you do your significant other. 

When you think of eating a meal, love yourself with enough passion to eat a meal that will nourish every cell in your body. 

You know, your body does a lot for you everyday.  Your body is passionate about keeping you alive no matter what you feed it, so reciprocate by nourishing it properly, every chance you get. 

Fill your life with passion and watch how successful and truly wealthy you will become in everything you do.
