Learn From Little Mistakes
- Give thanks
- Do 10 deep breaths
- Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening
- Dry brush your body
- Move your body
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day
Your Breakfast - Fruit until noon (2-3 pieces), add protein if you need to.
Your Lunch: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
