Day 11
Listen and Learn.
- Give thanks
- Do 10 deep breaths
- Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening
- Dry brush your body
- Move your body
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day
Your Breakfast - Fruit in the morning until noonish (2-3 pieces) – add protein if needed.
Your Lunch: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
Snack
Your Dinner: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
Hear more than you want to. Listening and hearing only the things you want to hear is not listening.
Listen to what you don't want to hear as well. I am referring to the criticisms that others may have of your behavior.
If you do this with an open mind, you will grow, become stronger and gain true wealth too.
You may be confident in your knowledge but none of us know it all. Consider that others have much to teach you and that their opinions are of great value, assisting you in becoming the wealthy individual you were designed to be.
Listen to learn and learn to listen. You will be surprised at how the dividends pay off now and in your Living Well future.
