Day 9

What Are You Thinking?

 

  • Give thanks
  • Do 10 deep breaths
  • Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening
  • Dry brush your body
  • Move your body
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day

Your Breakfast - Raw fruit, no more than 2-3 pieces, until noonish.  Add protein if needed. 
Your Lunch:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad. 
Snack 
Your Dinner:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad. 



What are the thoughts in your head? 

What are you giving your brain to think about? 

Are you thinking about how unfair life is?  If so, you can bet life will be cruelly unfair to you.

Are you thinking about how great life can be especially since you decided to respect your body and encourage health? If so, you'll see exciting possibilities that others cannot even imagine.

What do you think of others around you?

What do you think of the work you do?

Your thoughts will fuel or reduce passion for the things you do, depending on where your head is.

Your mind is constantly turning out thoughts and these thoughts have the power to change your life or bring you down.  Choose the healthiest and most positive thoughts at all times.

When you have an unhealthy idea pop into your head, toss it out and replace it with a healthy thought. Practice this, and over time you will become those healthy thoughts you ponder.
