- Dry brush your body
- Move your body
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day
Your Breakfast
Your Lunch: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
Snack
Your Dinner: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
If you did all live yesterday, nothing can stop you today. You are superman or superwoman and you are unstoppable now.
