30 Days to Living Well – Day 7

Day 7

A Live Food Day.

 

  • Give thanks
  • Do 10 deep breaths
  • Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening
  • Dry brush your body
  • Move your body
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day

Your Breakfast 
Your Lunch:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad. 
Snack 
Your Dinner:  raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice.  You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad. 



If you have given up all the chemicals and were feeling good on day six, go for it and do an all live food day! 

You will not believe how good you will feel tomorrow.  Try it, you will like it! If you don't want to go "LIVE" all day, do live until dinner and you will still feel great.  Try doing a live food day once a week.

This doesn't mean you are going to be all raw, but it means you are in a place where you can handle more live food than before. Maybe all raw doesn't sit well with you right now and if that is the case, do your best to eat only FRESH foods on this day, even if you have to steam them a bit.  

Vegetables are easier to digest and your body will SING when you get into the habit of letting the vegetables dominate your plate.

Whatever you choose to do, each step you take, even if it is just DRINKING WATER in the morning, it MATTERS! Every little investment you make towards your health is building true wealth in your life.

Know now that every movement you make towards goodness in your body,  mind, and soul, will pay off for you. The dividends I speak of are truly priceless!
