Day 6
Starting to Feel Better Now!
- Give thanks (!)
- Do 10 deep breaths
- Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening – this is becoming natural and easy for you now.
- Dry brush your body – Stimulate your body's defense system!
- Move your body – Oxygenate your mind!
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day – Hydrate yourself!
Your Breakfast
Your Lunch: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
Snack
Your Dinner: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
Day six will be a good day. You have started to clean out and are off sugar now. You can naturally and easily get through the day without any chemicals.
The salad and fruits and vegetables are really starting to taste delicious and you may have dropped a few pounds. You now know how doable and livable The Living Well Plan is.
Pat yourself on the back for sticking to this for almost an entire week!




Happiness indeed! My body is reshaping. This is embarrassing but I used to have a dunlop….you know my belly done lop over my belt. Well it is all kind of sucking in and flattening. My love handles appear to be disappearing daily. I sleep more soundly and find I can actually sleep less and feel more rested than before! I keep pinching myself…Is this real? But it is and I am so thankful.
DUNLOP? LOL!
