Free Yourself.
- Give thanks
- Do 10 deep breaths
- Drink 16 ounces of water upon awakening
- Dry brush your body
- Move your body
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day
Your Breakfast: Fruit until noonish (add protein if you need to)
Your Lunch: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
Snack
Your Dinner: raw foods and a Starch dish OR Protein dish of your choice. You can make a dressing with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, OR coconut oil, OR essential fatty acids for your salad.
Free yourself from any anxiety.
Know that by deciding to Live Well, you are deciding to take control of your life and not be a victim anymore.
You do not have to be overweight, sick or diseased. You have control, the brain power and the will to be in the driver's seat. You can and will do this for yourself and your family.
Free yourself from the addictions of limitation. Life is yours to live. Though it is challenging, it is real and all yours.
Though sadness comes, it is possible only because you care so much. You are wonderful because you do care so much.
Let go and live the joyful experience that is yours. Move forward and delight in your new found freedom.
